By accessing or using PipePhone's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PipePhone. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Service Description

PipePhone provides internet-based voice calling services that allow users to place outbound phone calls to landline and mobile numbers worldwide through a web browser interface.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Important: PipePhone is NOT a replacement for traditional telephone services. Our services should NOT be used to make emergency calls (such as 911, 999, or other emergency numbers). Always use a regular phone or mobile device for emergency situations.

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches

You may not use another person's account or transfer your account to others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Billing and Payments

PipePhone operates on a prepaid credit system. You must purchase credit before making calls. Key billing terms include:

• Pricing: Call rates vary by destination and are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Rates are subject to change with notice.
• Billing: Calls are billed per minute, rounded up to the nearest minute. Charges are deducted from your account balance in real-time.
• Credit Expiration: Purchased credit does not expire and remains in your account until used.
• Refunds: Unused credit may be refunded within 30 days of purchase upon request. Partially used credits are refunded proportionally minus any usage.
• Taxes: Prices may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental assessments.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PipePhone services for:

• Illegal activities or to facilitate illegal acts
• Harassment, threats, or abuse of any person
• Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation
• Automated calling, robocalling, or any form of unsolicited bulk communications
• Telemarketing without proper consent and compliance
• Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Emergency services calls

Violation of these acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on PipePhone are the property of PipePhone or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PIPEPHONE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Call quality will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the service will be corrected
• The services are suitable for emergency calls

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIPEPHONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to PipePhone in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may discontinue using our services and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We are required to do so by law
• We reasonably believe your account has been compromised
• We discontinue the service

Upon termination, any remaining credit balance may be refunded at our discretion, minus any applicable fees.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through our website or via email. Your continued use of PipePhone after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
